The comment's from every single person said it was the hardest work out so far that they have encountered. So naturally I wanted to try it.
I had no clue how hard this was going to be, the trainer gives each move a cute animal name like the dolphin, and the gorilla swing, donkey kick, aligator push ups. Really these are incredibly painful floor routines. I had to do the modified version of each work out and I only made it through 35 min of it. I plan on going through it again at some point though!!Diet: Breakfast - Delicious smoothie: 1 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of oats 1 tbs of honey.
Lunch: Refied beans on a home made corn tortilla with lettuce on top
Dinner: 1 cup of spaghetti with a side of apples

Day Nine was my birthday, and I was tempted to deviate from the path of change. But I stayed strong.
I began my morning with one of my presents from my husband; protein powder!
Something I have been missing from my morning smoothies. I couldn't wait to put a shake together. So I began my morning with a berry, banana smoothie. From there I chose to get my 3 girls out of the house because it was a beautiful day. So no video work out. Instead we took a 2 mile walk through the canyon to mcdonalds where we got ourselves a berry parfait, then we walked back. I worked to tighten muscles while walking and tried to keep a very fast pace...as fast as i could with a 5 and 6 year old.
But at the end of our walk I was really feeling it. I stretched to try and get my muscles healed up. Lunch was a bit tricky because I was really wiped out from the walk, I ended up just having an egg on some toast.
Birthday Dinner was very tricky, my husband took me to a new restaurant, one that I really wanted to try. Sadly they had next to nothing on their menu that I could have. They had one salad...ONE and it had nothing in it, just some onions and olives they had soup but only the soup of the day. So I chose to do soup and a mini salad. Literally everything else on the menu was covered in grease. The soup of the day was Broccoli Cheddar. I nearly cried. That soup is sooooooo fatty, but I guess it was better than a big fat cheeseburger. So I had a soup and salad. After wards we went and got frozen yogurt. I stuck to low fat 100 calorie yogurts only and topped it with a bunch of fruit.
Over all a great birthday and an awesome Daily Burn.
