I felt like I did pretty good especially after completely flopping on Saturday, I was determined to make Sunday count!
One of my biggest changes during this 21 day challenge has been eliminating coffee from my diet. I actually just tricked myself out of it. I never would have thought it was possible for me to give it up. But I am 5 days "sober" from coffee that is...lol.
It is a huge adjustment but I actually have tons more energy with starting my day with the smoothie, so I don't normally miss it. However, Sunday was a CHALLENGE!! My husband and I stayed in the nursery during service from start to finish. Let me tell you, it was draining. Draining, like my eyes wanted shut and I was irritated with everyone, I became frustrated that I was so tired and desperately wanted coffee.Everything even'd out once I had some lunch, I never gave into the coffee thing, but it wasn't easy. The good news, I got back on track with the video's, I spent 40 minuets sweating it out in a cardio sculpting video...It was amazing!
Diet: Breakfast ~ Banana and Blueberry Smoothie
Lunch~ Chicken Salad one a single piece of wheat toast topped with lettuce and a single piece of fat free skim milk american cheese.
Dinner~ Shredded chicken with 1 Tbs of salsa added in thrown on top of fresh green salad with a dollop of sour cream.
Cheat: A few bites of my german chocolate birthday brownies
